E-Commerce Specialist

Position Overview 

The E-Commerce Specialist is responsible for all E-commerce stores for ITB clients.  

Primary Job Functions 

• Collaborate with Brand Ambassadors on existing clients that have an interest in a pop-up or perpetual  

e-commerce store 

• Collaborate with Client Success Manager on any new client inquiries for e-commerce stores 

• Collaborate with Product Specialist to identify best products to meet client needs 

• Collaborate with Marketing & Design Specialist for any visual or graphic needs 

• Build e-commerce store on best suitable platform for client needs 

• Manage store schedules, batch orders, purchase blank products for all stores 

• Create all production orders 

• Prepare packing lists, labels and fulfillment packets for production and fulfillment team 

• Provide reports for sales, accounting and clients as required 

• Ability to prioritize and manage a fluctuating workload  

• Not only a willingness, but a desire to interact with people at all levels within the company and externally  

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, or similar industry is a preferred  

• E-Commerce or promotional products industry experience is a plus  

• Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, and outlook  

• Meticulous attention to detail  

• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
