Available Positions
Fulfillment Specialist
As our newest Fulfillment Specialist, you will take ownership of packaging apparel and branded swag items to exact client specifications. We’re a high-volume shop with an extensive client roster, so attention to detail, efficiency, and pride in your work are essential to your success. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every order leaves our facility accurate, organized, and beautifully presented.
Key Responsibilities
This is not an exhaustive list, but some of your primary responsibilities will include:
- Process fulfillment and kitting orders accurately and efficiently to meet client needs.
- Layout projects prior to due dates to ensure all details are correct and appropriate supplies and resources are prepared (coordinate with Sales Team and/or Production Manager as needed).
- Prepare and stage items for fulfillment in an organized and streamlined manner.
- Coordinate shipping and delivery needs with the Shipping/Receiving Specialist.
- Assist in the Production area as needed, including embroidery trimming, folding, receiving, screen print preparation, and related tasks.
